* Cassoulet is Back !!

From Tuesday 1th to Saturday 25th of February at Lunch Time only,

The hearty, meat-studded dish from southwestern France known as cassoulet may be the ultimate one-pot meal. A slow-simmered mix of beans, Confit Duck, Pork Belly, Toulouse Sausage and Garlic Sausage, the cassoulet takes its name from the earthenware “cassole” in which it was traditionally made. The crisped bread crumb crust atop this version contrasts appealingly with the hearty stew beneath.

It will be served with a side Salad   £15.95

Elisabeth and Yves, who come from Provence, successfully ran for several years in the Leicestershire country side, near Melton Mowbray, a gastro-pub-restaurant called “La Table d’Yves”.
